Rapid automatized naming assessment in Egyptian children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder

Abstract Background Millions of children around the whole world are diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) which is considered as one most common mental disorders and often persists into adulthood. There almost a weak point in rapid naming abilities ADHD comparison to without ADHD. This was cross-sectional study that applied on 30 patients an age ranging from 8 11 years 6 months based objective clinical examination measures. Results After application Rapid Automatized Naming test (RAN) ADHD, there were 24 cases out (80%) below 25th percentile (at risk) (20%) at (average performance).
